For Retail Productions Only - Aggregation of Cues Permitted.
Licensees will be charged per 30 seconds of music used (cumulative), based on their total usage per production.
Retail productions are non-broadcast audio-only or audio-visual productions, including DVDs or videos for sale or rental to the general public and covermount products. Audio-only productions for retail sale (including audio books) that are primarily for the commercial exploitation of the music are specifically excluded.
Rates for music use within gaming machines are available on request.
Interactive/looped use of music is charged at £70 per 30 seconds for unlimited looping of a single music cue in a production.
NB. Retail Games rates incorporate the right to loop the music.
